Luke has started getting interested in songs, singing them, knowing them. I love that. His favorite right now is “Oh Susanna”, so I made a CD with the 5 versions I have on my 60,000+ iTunes library including a great grunge Neil Young version and a completely deconstructed Taj Mahal version. After listening to them I prefers the one he started with, traditional of course, but ended by telling me his favorite songs are:

Oh Susanna, Skip To My Lou and the Spider-Man Theme song, to which he has no connection other than friends at school singing it.
